Return and Exchange Policy
We always aim at Atayab Al-Haramain to satisfy our customers and provide the best service and the best shopping experience, with the availability of return or exchange service as explained through the following points:
Method of returning/exchanging damaged products:
Contact customer service to issue a return bill and follow up on the delivery of the order to the shipping companies.
Attach pictures of the damaged product and clarify the damage or defect in the product via email at
[email protected] or contact the number: 0551507996.
The condition is that the exchanged/returned product is in its original condition and packaging, and has not been used, opened, or had its packaging altered.
Offers consisting of more than one product are not subject to partial return.
If the product to be exchanged or returned is from the Oud or Bakhoor section, the request will be accepted if the amount of Oud or Bakhoor used is less than 5 grams.
Are there any fees for the return?
- In case of damage to the product or if the product does not match the order on the website, the site bears the shipping and return costs.
- The customer bears the shipping costs in the following cases:
1. The customer wishes to return/exchange a sound product in its original condition and matching the order.
2. No response or cooperation from the shipping company or delivery representative.
A fee of 45 riyals will be deducted as shipping costs from the customer to the sender, which are charges imposed by the shipping company and are not related to our company.
Cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
Allowed period for returning/exchanging a damaged product:
- The damaged product can be exchanged or returned within 7 seven working days from the date of receipt.
Period for exchanging/returning the damaged product:
- The exchange/return process takes 7 working days from the date the product arrives at Atayab Al-Haramain and its damage is verified.
How is the paid amount refunded?
- The amount will be refunded after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is confirmed, then the amount will be transferred to your account within 5 five working days, or the order amount will be credited to your wallet in the site account if the customer wishes to exchange and there is a difference in value:
- When you wish to exchange the damaged product and choose an alternative product, the difference between the damaged product and the alternative product must be paid.
